You may understand the basic premise — that which I think about is drawn to me — yet if you don’t have evidence of what you want, it’s natural to doubt. You want proof. Proof stops doubt, right?
Trust is another thing we humans struggle with.
We’re skeptical. Guarded. When we’re bombarded by news of things going wrong, how can we trust they’ll get better, globally or in our own lives? Trust can be hard even with proof because we can think up oodles of opposite evidence.
It’s one thing to learn and understand how things are supposed to work if we trust the Universe. It’s quite another to put them into practice and offer blind faith all will work out in the end.
That’s where your inner guide — your Soul — comes in very handy.
Your Soul is part of the Universe (therefore, so are you). Your Soul knows how things beyond you work while also knowing how YOU work. It knows what you fear, your past experiences, and ALL your dreams and desires.
Your Soul knows that doubt and trust are two of your biggest hurdles.
And, if you ask it, your Soul can simplify the information and offer tools and practices to ease your doubt, calm your worry, and shift you into a place of trusting your own inner power to create the experience you desire.
Like The Good Witch said to Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, “You’ve always had the power,” it’s been with you all along. Yet, life and the world we live in have caused you to forget.
So, herein lies the real challenge:
