I recently shared how everything began to change once I started believing me — my True Self — instead of my old stories.
But here’s something I need to name:

Sometimes we feel both the longing and the resistance.
One part of us says, “Yes, I’m ready.”
Another part whispers, “Not yet. Too risky. Too much.”
If that’s you—you’re not doing it wrong. You’re human.

Close your eyes and imagine stepping into this next chapter—whether that’s joining my mastermind, or simply giving yourself more permission to dream.
Now notice your body’s response.
Does it feel tight? Heavy? Constricted?
Or spacious? Expansive? Curious?
Neither is “good” or “bad.” Both are information.
Sometimes the body says wait. Sometimes it says go. Both deserve respect.

I want you to feel the yes in your body.
Even if it’s a trembling yes. Even if it comes with nervousness.
