To be or not to be? If you have dreams and desires yet to be fulfilled, that really IS the question. Because in order to follow your heart and live a life without regrets, you need to be more of who you really are and not to be striving to live up to perceived or imagined expectations.

When you let go of trying to please others or worrying about being judged, you step into owning your value and what you want out of life.

When you give up trying to be perfect and instead acknowledge the perfection that already lives within you, you stop judging yourself (and others).

When you stop trying to live up to someone else’s definition of success (be it cultural, societal or familial), you start charting your own course.

In other words, when you begin to listen to and trust the whispers of your heart, you come home to the real you. You’re able to deliberately and confidently create a life that fits who you are.

TO BE anything is about taking action toward a desire. TO BE heartfully happy means taking actions that align with the desires of your heart. Yet when you deny your heart, happiness is NOT TO BE.

To be or not to be? …what’s it to be?
