On a scale from 1 to 10, how happy are you?

Is there a specific area of your life that feels less happy than other areas?
How much room is there for improvement?

How would a change in one area of your life affect other areas?

We can spend our lives searching for happiness.

We think, “I’ll be happy when…

…I find the perfect job or career.”
…Mr. or Ms. Right comes along (or if the one I already have would be much more Right much more often).”
…I have less responsibility and demands on my time.”
…I find my purpose.”
…I retire.”

Searching for happiness essentially means you expect something outside of you to fill a void you feel inside.

Yet no amount of searching, venting to your friends, money you earn, food you eat, or wine you drink can fill the void if you’re not listening to and following your heart.

The void represents the distance between who you think you are – your personality – and who you really are – your inner being, your Soul.

And your heart is the litmus test.

The more you close the gap and come back to who you are at heart, the happier you feel.

Your heart feels full.

You’re Heartfully YOU! – Happy, Eager And Ready To FULLY Love Your Life.

Yet we’re afraid to trust our hearts. We wonder, What if I get hurt (again)? What if it’s too late and I missed my chance? What if I give up what I have (what I know and is comfortable), and don’t end up with something better? What if…? What if…? What if…?

In my upcoming Monthly Mastery Class Series, Heartfully YOU, you’ll discover how to breakthrough some “what ifs” while learning to trust your inner voice – your truth voice.
