What to Bring:
Notebook or journal and pen.
The guided meditation can be done from a seated position, and chairs will be provided. However, if you prefer to lie down or sit on the floor during the meditation, please bring a mat, blanket or cushion as none will be provided.
Skill Level:
No meditation or journalling experience is required. This program is open to all skill levels.

This 85 year-old gem, still owned by the same family for much of that time, oozes character and comfort, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Whether you prefer to curl up with a hot beverage by the stone fireplace on a cold winter day, or sip an iced drink in the lounge or on the deck enjoying summer lake breezes, Nahma welcomes you in every season.
Nahma offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, local baked goods and snacks, as well as homemade soup and quiche.*
You are welcome and encouraged to purchase a beverage and/or snack to nibble on during our session.
