Daily Sessions:

Each day of our stay at Tenuta de l'Annunziata (retreat center and spa near Lake Como), we'll have two formal sessions (morning and late afternoon), leaving you plenty of time to use the spa facilities if you wish.

Sessions will average 90 minutes to two hours and are designed to help you release what no longer serves you, learn to trust your intuition, and reclaim your inner power.

Sessions will include deep discussions, self-inquiries, journalling prompts, learning energy and mindset tools, guided meditations, and more.

Plus, I'll channel The Soul Collective with time for Q&A to offer you a higher perspective and greater clarity.
