How long must I remain subscribed to the program once I begin?
There is no obligation or minimum time commitment. However, once a monthly payment has been processed, no refunds, in full or in part, will be offered. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing carolin@carolinrathbun.com at least five business days before your upcoming renewal date. Please note that any modification to or lapse in your subscription will reset the start date for time-released materials. Also, any previous discounted pricing will no longer be valid or applied.
How do I access the videos, audios and transcripts?
Members receive an email twice a month with links to a video, audio, and transcript. Listen/read online or download for offline access. NOTE: Currently, videos and audios can only be downloaded to a desktop or laptop. Transcripts are downloadable to any device.
When are the recordings available each month?
You can expect to receive an email every second and fourth Wednesday of the month with links to the bi-monthly video and audio recording and transcript. Kindly check your spam and junk folders.
What if I join partway through a month? How many audios do I get?
Members receive the monthly recordings and transcripts on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, therefore the number of recordings you receive during your first month of membership will depend on the date you join. However, do check your inbox for the bonus gifts. These will arrive upon registration so you can begin to experience the wisdom and guidance of The Soul Collective right away.
